 |  Many thanks to Val for looking after our elderly cats Lottie & Luke. In the past we have travelled a long way to board them in a country cattery but they find the travelling very stressful so we looked for a local one this time. Val was recommeded by our vet although we were warned to book early as Val is in demand.. In the past when collecting Lottie and Luke from the old cattery they have been very thin and clearly not eating properly but not this time they looked really well when we collected them and Val had been able to give them all their medication which was a great relief. We will certainly be booking Lottie and Luke in with Val next time we go away. Date of Posting: 21 September 2012

| Digby had a great time here and came home happy and healthy. Val is amazing - she knows a lot about cats and obviously adores them. I was apprehensive as he is my first cat and haven't used catterys before, however, from the first phone call and various emails I was reassured he would be in good hands. Val also texted us while we were away with pictures, which is great! I cant recommend cozy catzs enough! Thanks again Auntie Val! Date of Posting: 18 September 2012

| We had only had Sniffle for a few weeks after taking her in as a stray from our garden and were a bit worried about putting her in a cattery so soon but due to pre-booked weekend away we had no choice. Over the phone Val assured us that Sniffle would be fine and she understood the difficulties with a new cat who hadn't been in a cattery before. On arrival it was obvious that Val had a passion foe all the cats she had staying with her and that Sniffle was in good hands. The individual bays for the cats were clean and no expense was spared on the food provided (perhaps a bit rich for Sniffle). Val sent us a picture message of Sniffle on the first day of our holiday and assured us she was ok and settling in well. She was also available to text at anytime to check up on how the cat was getting on.
When picking Sniffle up she seemed happy and well looked after. We have now booked her in for another weekend in October and for the Xmas period which is already very heavily booked (obviously other satisfied customers).
Val and her cattery come highly recommended and its good to know that Sniffle will be safe hands whenever we need to go away. Date of Posting: 02 September 2012

| I can't recomend Val and 'Cozy Catz' highly enough! I was very worried about leaving my cat Snoop whilst I went on holiday (he is an 11 year old rescue cat from Battersea and wasn't sure how he'd cope) but I needn't have worried. Val sent me text messages and even picture messages whilst I was away that really put me at ease. I felt comfortable contacting Val over the 2 weeks to just 'check-in' and when I picked up Snoop he was very relaxed and settled. | So glad to have found Val n Cozy Cats. From the first telephone call and meeting Val and viewing the cattery. It's the first time boarding Princess "cat" n it won't be the last. She loved it as she definitely came back fatter after 16 days with you ;) we are glad to have found u Val n we will definitely be seeing u again very soon. | So delighted to have found Val and Cozy Catz! We used to drive a long way to board our cats - not any more = Much less stress all round! Bunny and Ollie spent their first holiday here last month and when we came to collect them were extremely happy and relaxed. Have never seen Ollie so chilled (he does love a heated cabin!) Val sent us a text update whilst we were away which was a delight to receive. We all look forward to this being a regular arrangement! Date of Posting: 04 July 2012

| We highly recommend Cozy Catz Cattery, our cat Zorro has been holidaying there for several years. The accommodation is excellent and contains lots of thoughtful finishing touches. | I have been taking my cat Thai to the cattery for a few years now and will continue to do so. Val is amazing with the cats and takes such good care of them. When I go to collect Thai she never seems to want to leave!!! I also love the way Val does a little report card to tell you how your cat got on during their stay!
When I first left Thai with Val, for my first holiday since getting her, I was a little anxious about leaving her which Val noticed. As a result she sent me text updates on how she was settling in to put my mind at rest. It's touches like that that make this a great cattery and I would recommend it to anyone.
