| Once again Val and David did a wonderful job of looking after Daisy while I was away on holiday. She always comes home happy and relaxed after her stay, and Val and David are even kind enough to send a message while you're away to let you know your pet is doing fine. Val and David are clearly huge cat lovers as well as being professional and attentive. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. Thank you to Cozy Cats, Daisy's home from home. | This was our first time putting our 3 year old tom into a cattery, and understandably we were apprehensive. Our worries were unfounded however as from the get go you could see that the cattery has a professional set up and is run by caring owners. We had to keep him an extra few days on our return from holiday due to unforeseen circumstances, however David and Val were brilliant in accommodating him at very short notice. He has returned happy and relaxed and looks in brilliant shape. Highly recommended and will definitely use again. Date of Posting: 23 July 2014

| This is the best cattery I have ever used! Marco Polo was ill and on medications when I had to go away. I was really worried about leaving him but Val and David looked after him so well he was all healed and healthy when I picked him up.
I got text messages and a picture of Marco Polo looking all perky whilst I was away and knowing that he was so well looked after eased my sense of guilt about leaving him and I managed to relax. Val and David really understand cats and their owners!
I would highly recommend Cozy Catz to everyone.

| My cats have been looked after by Val and David for several years now and the service that we get is really excellent. William goes into the cattery and comes back a very happy boy and Val and David come and feed LuLu as she is quite elderly and I keep her at home and this year they also fed our stray Midnight. All three cats were happy and contented when we got home and it is always comforting to know that if something unforeseen occurs they know how to react to the situation.

| I have been meaning to write this for some time now but can I just say that our cat 'Chico' loved every minute when he stayed at Cozy Catz in September while we were away on our honeymoon.
Val and David take extra great care with your cat that when we picked him up, he did not want to leave and would not stop Purrrrring!!!!! They truly are amazing when it comes to looking after your pet and knowing they are in great hands gives you that extra bit of breathing space.
I will definetly be booking 'Chico' his little holiday here very soon again.

| CoCo had never been to a cattery before and we weren't sure how she'd react - David & Val were so calm and welcoming, emailing photos of our little madam while we were away.... CoCo settled in really quickly and didn't seem to want to come home! She has been beautifully cared for (she's difficult to groom but her coat was glossy and tangle free, no mean feat for a LH tortie/Persian) and is very relaxed and happy - we were delighted with the care and attention at the cattery and will definitely book her in again - thank you so much! | Earl Grey loves staying here! He is always happy, energetic and playful when I fetch him and seems very much at home when he's at Cozy Catz! He is on a strict raw food diet but Val and David are always happy to accommodate to his needs and ensure that he is fed raw food only, which is a BIG plus for me! I had the unfortunate incident of having to put him into a different cattery (supposedly a '5 star luxury pet hotel') over Christmas (as Cozy Catz was completely booked), and after being there for only 5 days he looked scared, anxious and his usually silky and shiny coat was coarse, dull and falling out. I was so worried because it's took him almost a week at home before he started acting like his usual self. It's like he had lost his confidence. I think it's a huge testament to how wonderfully the cats are treated by Val and David - they really do treat them like their own and even ensure that they get lots of cuddles and petting time! Their sleep areas are gorgeous too - no wonder Earl Grey behaves as if he is on holiday! Date of Posting: 02 January 2014
