| Our cat Pepsi has been visiting Val's lovely cattery in Norbury for a few years now. It is a wonderful, safe, convenient and professionally run cattery run by Val who clearly loves cats and treats each one of them with the same love and respect as if they were her own. The cat accommodation is clean, warm, bright and comfortable.
We have no hesitation in recommending this cattery but please don't all rush to book- we want Pepsi to have a cattery place to return to on our next holiday !!! Date of Posting: 27 April 2012

My owners, John and Elena, are always so pleased with the service at Cozy Catz. John and Elena know that I am so well looked after by Val (The owner) that they can go on their holidays knowing that they do not have to worry about me as I am in such safe hands. John and Elena say that it is truly a 5 star service at Cozy Catz, where you can be assured that your cat will be looked after and given the same love, care and attention that it receives at home. | we have been sending Elsie to Val for about 2 years and each time she has been cared for extremely well. Val clearly loves cats and Elsie always comes home looking well looked after.

| I left Millie with Val for the first time recently and couldn't have been happier with the quality and level of care that she gave Millie while I was away. Previously when picking Millie up from the cattery she would be quite distressed in the car but today she looked particularly happy, kept purring all the way home and looks like she's never left home. I would thoroughly recommend Val to anyone looking to entrust their pet while they're away as she certainly looks after them as if one of her own. | Val's cattery is local which is great for us. It's clean, roomy, inviting and Topaz seems to like it. Val trys her best to accommodate dates we want to book and is always welcoming. We feel that Topaz receives the best care with Val and is safe. I would certainly recommend Cozy Catz Cattery and will continue to use there services. Date of Posting: 08 April 2012

| I have been boarding my cat Suki with Val at Cozy Catz for over a year now, and just wouldn't entrust her with anyone else. Cozy Catz look after Suki so well, and when she returns home she is so content and chilled. Cozy Catz have been accommodating to all of my needs, and I am truly blessed to have found them. | CoCo Princess is our baby. Our child substitute. We have never left her with anyone before and she had never been to a Cattery. I was so worried about leaving her when we went away for three weeks; but we need not have worried. Valerie looked after CoCo as if she were her own and sent us photos of CoCo looking very fluffed up after a particularly thorough brushing! | Daisy and Rosco have been to Cozy Cats a couple of times and they always come back really happy and well. Val really goes the extra mile to make sure they are well looked after and not missing home too much, Val also looks after the owners....she texted us a picture of the cats in case we were missing them. | We were apprehensive about putting Toby in a cattery for the first time but he was very happy with Val. She clearly loves cats, gives them lots of attention so when we came to pick him up he was settled and enjoying himself. Toby has been back three times since and been happy every time.
